Types of Coaching Services
Rational Effectiveness Coaching
This coaching model is rooted in the principles of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and focuses on helping you challenge limiting beliefs, set realistic goals, and improve emotional self-regulation. Whether you’re looking to grow in your career, improve decision-making, or build resilience, Rational Effectiveness Coaching gives you structured tools to lead a more intentional life.
Relationship Coaching
Not all relationship issues require therapy. Relationship Coaching is ideal for individuals or couples looking to enhance connection, build better communication, and resolve recurring patterns before they become major obstacles. It’s a forward-focused, action-oriented space for improving the quality of your relationships—romantic, personal, or professional.
Group Therapy
Group therapy, like individual therapy, is intended to help people who would like to improve their ability to cope with difficulties and problems in their lives. But, while in individual therapy the client meets with only one person (the therapist), in group therapy the meeting is with a small group of people who are looking to work on somewhat similar emotional issues.
The aim of group therapy is to help the clients cope with emotional difficulties and to encourage the personal development of the participants in the group. The therapist chooses the candidates for the group who can benefit from group therapy and those who may have a useful influence on other members in the group.
Our groups are specially designed to help with specific problems. All groups are supportive, educational, and aimed at building coping skills. There is no requirement to speak up. Members are encouraged to participate at their own pace, and no one is put “on the spot”
Previous group members have found that the group therapy format helped them feel more supported, less alone, and more likely to make progress.
Available Groups:
Group limit: 6 – 8 participants
